Report damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 7 am to preserve the calm atmosphere for everyone.
Villa Hosszu is not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings caused by guest negligence, failure to follow posted guidelines, or participation in optional activities arranged with third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may cancel a booking with full refund if the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
